Newsleecher does that too Desmo, or at least mine does. In the Repair'and'Extract section, they get placed there automatically linked with the nzb's, then checked if there all there if not, it unpauses the par2 files downloads them fixes the file, and once everythings good to go it unrars and deletes and removes all the files uneeded

Oh, maybe I missed that then. Will take another look as I do prefer the overall look and fell of NewsLeecher. It's just that I was doing a search for auto unrar'ing and AltBinz popped up.
