SE friendly? Whats that mean?!

I think he's in for a bit of a shocker... I went with him with not a clue and he sent me away to create anything. I don't think he'll be quite expecting this

It's going to be partially flash kinda thing. Scrolly and moving things... it's relatively simple I think in comparison to a lot of webbys... but then I'm saying this and have never created one so I'm possibly way out!
