Spec me a Shuttle

Need to build a Shuttle type PC for works demos.

Requirements are:
Powerful processor, definite dual core possible Quad core?
4GB RAM
80GB+ HDD SATA, fast as possible, 10000rpm?
Graphics card not really important.

Budget up to £1500 though obivously cheaper is better and would all need to come from one supplier.
