missed hospital appointment

thought it was 10.45 tuesday morning, just went to grab what i thought was the confirmation letter so i had it ready for the morning and it would seem it was actually a rescheduling letter and it got moved forward a day and was 2.30 this afternoon and as such ive missed it :/

woops. wondering whether to phone in the morning or just go in and deny ever receiving the letter and blame royal mail
