Default Less is (still) more... 'Posh' Ploughmans. Sort of.

Well, this is my first 'recipe' thread on here, so I thought it best I keep it simple...

There are two ways to make this, both will produce largely satisfying results.

Ingredients
1 Pack of Camembert cheese
1 or 2 cloves of garlic
Pinch of coriander
Some bread (French stick works best, Ciabatta is also good, I used sliced Tiger Loaf today)
Butter

Basic Method 1 - Quickest Way
Slice the top off the Camembert, losing as little cheese as possible.
Crush the garlic and sprinkle (as best you can sprinkle crushed garlic) over the Camembert.
Sprinkle over some coriander too
Place this onto a piece of foil that's big enough to loosely wrap it.
Place in the oven at ~200C for about 10-15 minutes
Now for the bread. Well, if you're using French stick not a lot needs to be done. Ciabatta can be toasted, however you feel like preparing your chosen bread. Do this while the cheese is the oven.
Remove cheese from oven, open foil but don't let the cheese go everywhere.
Dip bread into cheese and enjoy.

Basic Method 2 - Longer Way
Slice the top off the Camembert, losing as little cheese as possible.
Crush the garlic and mix with butter, along with coriander
Butter bread with this butter (works better with sliced bread obv.)
Place cheese and bread into oven at the same time, butter side down.
Flip bread after 5 minutes (it should toast nicely)
Remove all from oven together
Dip bread into cheese and enjoy.

Result

(I did method 2 today because I only had tiger loaf to use)

Very tasty, enjoyably messy
