Yeah the laptop seems to take longer to boot into XP with AntiVir. Just looking for the most resource friendly av out there.

I just opened task manager to check what Avast (free edition) is using and it's using about 26KB RAM altogether. Which isn't much when leaky old Firefox is using nearly 79KB.
