Adding network printers

How exactly do you add network printers? its been ages since i've done it but i want to setup a printer on another PC that I have installed on this one.. i'm sure its straight forward (it was when i knew the format on how to add by address)
I've been going through the dir tree but can't find out.

i've obviously got all the details for it as its installed on here, but whats the \\server\printer format to add it?
