BIOS trouble

Tried both sticks alone, no joy.

The GFX card is fine. When I got back from Malta I put the new motherboard in, and the machine booted perfectly. As soon as I turned it off, it has never been alive since.

On board there are 4 debug lights. Originally, the last one wouldn't go out. At the moment 3 are staying on, which I *think* is bad news for the CPU. I'm wondering whether my old PSU was fubbared, and swapping the motherboard before the PSU was a bad idea.
