Yeah I phoned them just after the accident for some advice, but thanks anyway

The other car was insured by his gf's insurance but obviously he wasn't on it as he doesn't have a license. They're trying to put a third party claim through them first because if she gave him permission then they have to pay out. If it doesn't happen then we have to go down the MIB route which apparently will take forever. The other insurance company hasn't responded yet though so it's not looking too great. Also, there may still be a fight about who's to blame so I may end up getting sweet FA back
