Your Gym Routine

My gym membership is £36 per month for full use of the leisure centre including classes, pool, gym and their health suite. I do at least 5 classes per week, which would normally cost me £22.50 per week, so it's well worth it!

I got all light headed today in Body Max. Went from doing scissor jacks to shoulder raises and all the blood seemed to drain out of my brain. The instructor and a few of the regulars gave me a bit of a lecture and I've been told to go to the docs, because this has happened quite a few times. So frustrating
