I got up and went to the gym, then popped into town for a bit of shopping, watched a kiddie movie in the afternoon and went out for 1 or 2 in the evening!

Didn't expect to go clubbing but these things happen... think I had a harder work out than I've had for months though because I didn't stop dancing for 4 hours

My biggest surprise it I feel quite fine today but having a PJ day anyway \o/
