Body fat calipers

Does anyone use these? I bought a digital one that tells me the exact distance that's being measured on the three measurement points, then works out your body fat percentage automatically. After a good few goes varying between 9.8% and about 14% I think I've finally got the technique and took an average of three to give about 13.2% (all three measurements were within 1%).

My question is, at about 61KG and 5'8", does this sound about right? I'll probably need to post a pic to show body shape and composition but those that know me, does that sound about right? I always had myself down as being around the 20% mark, but maybe my recent efforts have drastically altered this. I'll be measuring once a week from now on so hopefully any changes, or mistakes in my measuring will become apparent.
