Leons rust removing population paste

I seem to remember seeing some pics of Leons manta with some rather suspect looking paste covering the rust. This in turn then ate the rust and could then be prepped for spraying. Can anyone remember the name of this?

Sure I could have been boring and just asked in a pm, but I thought this might bring a smile on a rather dull and boring weds afternoon
