If it's any consolation, the area where my tooth was extracted last week is causing me relentless pain. I'm on staggered painkillers, ibuprofen, paracetamol and codeine plue anti-biotics and I'm due back at the dentists this afternoon to have an exploratory done - probably means washing the hole out. The hole is full of yellow ooze and there appears to be some blackened tissue. It's painful as I've said but it's also *very* uncomfortable - there's a real difference but it's difficult to explain
