I luuuuuuuuuuuuurve Kofta (spelt Kofte over here but pronounced the same). I had mixed grill for dinner tonight, which, out here, means steak, chicken and Kofte. Bloody cook only put one piece of Kofte on my plate - he got told not to be silly (I think he was in a bit of a bad mood because he couldn't eat for another half an hour and all us ex-pats were stuffing our faces
