Complaints, Compliments and general feedback
As the female version of Victor Meldrew if there is something to complain about I generally do... so far this year, complaining has earnt me back £100 of DeVere hotel vouchers, £6 of Unilever discounts and other random discounts... along the way.
In a world where we tell 3 people good news and 12 people bad news, what are your feedback experiences? Here is my latest - a compliment (and yes a dig at some free food but didn't work ): Dear M, Thank you for your e-mail of compliment with regard to your visit to one of our restaurants. I have forwarded your e-mail to both the Area Manager and staff at the restaurant. Thank you for taking the time and effort to write to us. In an age where it is very easy to receive complaints, compliments are a particular pleasure. Once again, thank you for your comments. Yours sincerely, Erena, Operations Support Good deed for the day! Anyone else given/received feedback recently? BB x |
