The thing is (And no offence is intended) a lot of people on BD are couples and they all see each other's posts, and we're a close knit community of friends. If people didn't have their other halves on here or if it was a confidential 1-1 conversation I just wonder... However, at the same time I also believe the sentiments put forward by those that have answered, maybe I'm just not a principled person.
Anyway as for me, if I wasn't married or engaged, and it was guaranteed that no one found out, I'd probably do it for a suitable sum - it would have to be fairly substantial at least £1mil but probably more. However I'd never trust that the truth wouldn't come out, and I'd be too paranoid about that for the rest of my life/relationship, and hence couldn't live with it. So whilst on paper I probably would, in real life I doubt I'd be able to go through with it. If I could see the future and knew that it would never be release publicly, I would be tempted. Funnily enough I was reading an article in the paper the other day that Britons are generally more likely to cheat than most of the other European nations which was both sad and interesting to find out.
