FM 2008 help please!

I just started playing this last night. The thing is I need to know how to manually adjust the yellow tactical arrows in the game during my tactical and formation set up.

I have looked online, but no luck so far.

Also, the team aint performing the way I want etc. For example, in matches where people expect us to win, they kinda let me down...any tip please.
