I'm feeling swamped. The day before Xmas Eve and everyone suddenly has an urgent software/laptop/email problem 'that needs sorting before Christmas'. Some people are going to be disappointed.
Same. I reckon I've got 9 hours worth of work stuff today, and that's before packing and wrapping the last two Xmas presents. Going to be a long day.
