Lenses
Hey Peeps,
I am now in the market to get a camera, and a new lense. I have opted for the Nikon D60 (Sorry all you Canon fans!!) which will come with the Nikon 18-55mm VR lens. I would also like to have another lens which can be used at race tracks among other things, so I have been thinking about getting the :- Nikon 55-200mm f4-5.6 G AF-S DX VR IF-ED Lens. I was sure that I heard somewhere that tamron were a bad brand for lenses, but Paul was saying that he had heard the opposite, bar one lense. So I was wondering whether they are any good, and whether there is a similar lense out there for less than the Nikon. Also I am sure that I have heard that Sigma aren't bad for lenses, so was wondering if anyone here has had good experiences with them? Any help would be really appreciated
