Default Gin Palace

I like Gin, mostly we drink Bombay Sapphire which makes an exceedingly nice G&T and is much smoother than the more traditional gins on the market, if mixed over ice with a dash of line this is a very nice G&T.

However today I decided to try a different tipple and found this

in Waitrose. Similar in style to Bombay Sapphire but smoother and much more subtle it is an excellent gin and fits in slightly above Bombay Sapphire in my estimation. Where Bombay Sapphire hits you with a very aromatic nose Hendrick has a cucumbery subtleness that is very drinkable but hits you like a Pan-galactic Gargleblaster. I am now quite happily merry after just a coupl or three
