Just like dentist, you don't pay a fine, it continues over and over until debt agency gets involved I guess! I don't know the ins and outs of how it's dealt with specifically as I've never had to deal with anything like this and I don't have to time to research it but however they work it with Dentists, I'm sure they can apply the same!!
