'I'm not techically minded' - You mean you've got an IT problem and you can't be bothered to explain it properly or do the simple tests I've asked you to do? Like log on to another PC? You POS, go rot in hell.

(Please note that Wryel was the only engineer in for 5 hours today and isn't feeling the customer service love).
