Taking your own passport photos
Has anyone ever taken their own passport photos before? I need to get a photo driving license as well as a new passport very soon. However, I always look completely whited out in photo booth pics and am lothed to pay £3.50 for an awful pic which will have me looking horrendous for yet another 10 years.
I'm confident that I can take a much better photo than a passport booth and have read up on the rules & regulations (cream/grey background, not smiling, nothing covering eyes yada yada). There's nothing which says it has to be done at a passport booth, it just needs to be printed professionally. I'm just wondering where can print them. I've found BonusPrint so far. Surely more people offer the service than that? I just want a straight forward printing service. Not one of these which offers to crop it and mess around with it for you.
