I emailed the guy I complained to in their customer services team and he said he knew and when he said he thought I'd be pleased with the outcome in his first email that was what he was getting at MB __________________ "we had roots that grew towards each other underground, and when all the pretty blossom had fallen from our branches we found that we were one tree and not two"
