Default Your favorite recipe books?

So what are your favroite recipe books?

Mine has to be

Great foods of the world -ISBN 1-84038-930-3
It's actually a collection of 10 books (Italy, Mexico, Greece, India, Morocco, Thailand, Spain, Japan, Ireland, china)
At the front it has a couple of pages of common ingredients and a little bit about each, then a double page per recipe, with a nice colour photo. I detest recipe books without photos.
Not many recipes per book, but the ones I've tried have been great.

Well worth the £2.85 cost

The Moroccan cookbook -ISBN 9781844764303
Again not a huge number of recipes, but again very good.
A great introduction to Moroccan cuisine, followed by several pages explaining the various flavours and ingredients. Then photo packed recipes.
A must try is the serpent cake.

The world of spice - ISBN 1856264726
Fantastic recipes, although not every recipe has a picture. but it makes up for this with great description and the best spice and flavour guide I have ever seen. With each spice having a hole page with a picture.

As you can tell I like cook books with introduction to that countrys crusine, pictures and ingredient guides. So what are your must have recipe books
