Simple Digital Camerall for Birfday!

I can't think of any camera i've used in the last 5 years where changing the batteries wasnt just a case of slide the cover open, tilt the camera so the batteries fall out, put the new ones in according to the little picture on the cover and close it again

Other than Canon, i've been very impressed with all the Samsung compacts i've used, Fuji are pretty good, Panasonic can be very good but worth checking reviews, Sony are good too.
