It was always going to be down to Debra or Ben on that one. Her enforcement of the rocking horse, and then failing to drop enough to clinch a sale that would have won the team, shows little initiative, and just that she gets an idea in her head and then relentlessly pursues it being so arrogant over it. She's also a complete liar and a manipulative bitch, although James called her on her lies she still has the audacity to try and lie through her teeth in that boardroom instead of just showing the tiniest bit of humility. Not the sort of person I'd want working for me, and I seriously doubt Sir Alan does too.
Ben was a grade A plonker. He could sell on the street, but that was it, the rest was just words. This shown when Sir Alan actually asked for examples, and it took him two attempts to name 2 occasions, both of which Sir Alan wasn't actually convinced they were as good as Ben was banging on about. Plus saying "pound" as "pond" was annoying.
