As you all know I made the decision to ditch Blacks and move to Cotswold for various reasons.

This has now come back to me... blacks just phoned offering me a full time supervisor position (area manager recommendation

) at about £5000 more a year (£3k after travel) then I'm on at Cotswold... the downside is that Cotswold is a more relaxed and fun environment, compared to the money machine known as Blacks.

Then again, on the flip side, I'll have more authoritehhh (will be me + one guy running the show), so I could change the rules around a bit..

I hate decisions
