Cheap ADSL router/wireless?

My old 3Com router is dying, for some reason the web gets horrificly slow all the time but is always fine if you use the old USB modem. I'm not bothered about getting anything fancy, no one really shares files in my flat so its just wireless and at least one port for my Tivo.

Saw this and thought I've seen it a lot in the past so it can't be that bad. Anyone got any other recommendations for a cheap reaplcement? Ta.
