Help in tracing someone through vague(ish) details

Ive been ripped off on another forum

and what makes it worse is its a little 'yoof' who thinks he can hide behind a PC.
I have some details....just wondered if there are any internet detectives who faniced a go at getting further than I did....
I suck

(its a 15m kite if anyone is interested! and yes...its 15m not 1.5

I like the big ones!!)
