What's Portugal like in winter? Whenever we have family holidays I've always said to my parents it's too hot in summer (we hate anything more than 22 or 23 lol, too hot to travel around and being brown a beach isn't any use to us).
I went to Portugal a few years back the first week in January for a reps training course, the hottest day I can only describe as a warm UK spring day. NOT bikini weather
