Oh and also it does 'sync' that playlist back to your iTunes once you sync it as well but you can only make one at a time, if you know what I mean.

I mean you can make one on the phone, then it'll go onto your iTunes as 'on-the-go 1' then you can make another on the phone, but I don't believe you can make several in one sitting on the phone, without syncing inbetween.
