OK, then, here's my suggestions. I don't want to make changes from here in case I bust something.

Change the password! Seriously!
Remove all of the port forwarding rules. By all accounts, your Xbox shouldn't be connecting at all. Either that or you got the IP addresses the wrong way around.
After removing all port forwarding rules, try again.
