My Bodybuilding Competition
Well I'm in full swing now, training hard and eating harder !
Doing 55 mins morning cardio 6 times a week, weights 4 times a week and 20 mins cardio right after weights. I've had really good feedback from my nutritionist and my trainer and hopefully will be getting my bikinis soon ! A few people have asked for details so here's the qualifyer poster - I'll be doing the Central one in St Albans. Might post some pics & info here if anyone is interested although I understand what I'm doing is quite wierd |
