It's not just your local council. I pass about 5-6 pot holes on my route to work every day and about a week or two back 3 or 4 of them were filled. And yep, you guessed it, all the filling seems to have gone again and now they're almost back to how they were before. How hard can it be to fill a hole and make it stay there?
