Bath house sort of thing, do they exist?

I'm a big guy, our bath is standard size and I sometimes find it a bit snug!

Do such places still exist where one can go, relax in a mah00sive tub, full of bubbles and water that's monkey hot for an hour or and come away having had a good soak, scrub and clean?

Nothing kinky, no "anything extra, sir?", no massage, just a place where I can go and lie in a big bath?
