Question Raven 2 + Corsair TX950 PSU

I'm only just starting to build my new pc after collecting parts since October last year.

A question for all other Raven 2 owners, how have you fitted your psu's?

My Corsair psu is about 1 inch short for the fan to line up with the external grill.

I now have the following choice:

1) Fit the psu with the cooling fan facing the rear grill (and dust filter) as per the designed layout.

PSU fan would partially be obstructed from taking in air due to the 1 inch overlap at the top of the grill.

2) Fit the psu with the cooling fan facing inwards.

PSU would act as an exhaust taking air from within the case near to the Corsair H50 radiator (push pull mounted fan setup).

A possible third choice would be to find/make/mod some kind of metal plate to fit between the top of the case and the PSU while mounting it to line up with the external grill.

Any ideas/suggestions?

**Edit**

Here is a internal shot of somebody else’s case with an HX Corsair PSU which looks like it fitted from top to bottom without any issues lining up with the rear grill.

Red marks indicate where the psu would sit in relation to the Yellow grill on the rear.
