Amusing exchange

Just been chatting to the chief engineer and he told me about an amusing exchange he had with his wife via e-mail recently which I found highly amusing and I thought some of you (possibly not all) may find it amusing too. It went roughly like this:

Wife's original e-mail:

There's something wrong with the telly. I can change channels ok but there's no picture on any channel, only sound. What should I do?

His reply:

The ironing.

Her reply:

**** off ****wipe.
