You need to update your BF% date at the bottom of your sig!

I'm craving carbs at the moment - I'm cutting them lots to try and look a little less puppy fat-like for the summer on the beach. I'm verging on ketosis at the moment, but the pee strip's not quite there. Don't think I'll go for full on keto but just very low carbing at the moment - it's haaaard!
