You've left it too late now, it has been removed on account of the guy in the video being worried he wouldn't get any work if potential employers saw that video.

So whilst in the video they say that the 'rules allow it', it would seem the way he was climbing would be massively frowned upon in real terms to the point no one would employ him if they knew.
