The fact that these chaps (and easyJet who are almost as bad) try and say not having allocated seats is a GOOD thing. And then complain when everyone boarding can't find a seat they want because they can't be bothered to print a seat number on.
I don't have a problem with unallocated seating ar Easyjet. It's specifically RyanAir that I loathe with a passion.
