Spoiler Alert! - Highlight below to read!
Right from the start, the way the camera pans through the WB logo is obviously tailored for 3D, there were several panning shots where there seemed to be trees deliberately placed in the very near foreground, and the most gratuitous one of all was the snake eating the camera. I'm sure there were more that I can't remember now. In retrospect they aren't *that* annoying but I'm not a fan of the 3D fad, I see it as a gimmick and don't like directors purposefully changing the way the films are shot just to pander to it. Such films risk looking dated very quickly once the novelty has worn off. End Spoiler Alert! |
