What enclosure to put Samsung 2TB HDD in?

I'm thinking of adding to my storage capacity. I have a Samsung 500GB HDD and I could do with some more space. The Samsung 2TB F4 EcoGreen HD204UI have a pretty nice price right now. My current Samsung 500GB is housed in an Icy Box enclosure using the USB2.0 connection. I was unable to get the e-SATA to work on my PC.

So I'm wondering if an Icy Box enclosure is still the best option for an enclosure? My budget is about £30-£40. Any suggestions?
