Anyone fancy making me a favicon?

I'm crap at designing stuff but I'd like a favicon for my blog: http://qso365.co.uk

I've done one which is rubbish.

Anyone able and willing to knock something up that's significantly better please? I used http://www.favicon.cc/ which seems as good as anyway to do it.

Mine looks like a three year old did it!
