New Frying Pan

Need to get a new frying pan as the current one is finished in more ways than one.

My father owns a small restaurant in town so we have access to catering companies that sell various types of pans.

Any suggestions as to what pan to get? Not looking to blow hundreds of pounds on 5* stuff but definitely want something that won't peel like the crappy Tfal one that we have now.
