Help! cheapy Laptop/Phone needed

Hi y'all.

Friend I work with has recently had her bag stolen from the airport, losing phone & laptop. She's training to be a counsellor and has asked if I know anyone who has either an iphone/android phone and/or a laptop in decent working condition to tide her over until she can replace properly.

Obviously she's willing to pay but the cheaper the better so figured it was worth a shot asking you guys
