Double posting glitch?

Every time I've replied to a post today it's returned me to the composition screen and said:

"This forum requires that you wait 10 seconds between posts. Please try again in 8 seconds."

Checking the forum in a separate tab shows that I had actually succeeded in posting. That's happening from a single click on the post reply button. Anyone else having that happen?
