Cheese on toast - how do you make yours?

I toast the bread (in toaster or under grill - add spread if you like - I don't) and add cheese and bung under the grill till the cheese bubbles... usually add mushrooms and onions as well then nom

This random question arises from a very odd combination of cheese on toast that William produced for me last night

Still... it was better than microwaving it - which is quite diabolical!!!
