I've been working for the same company for 10 years and they still can't get my name right. Last time I went to Egypt, they booked my flights with my surname misspelt (Johnston instead of Johnson). I had to get them to correct the error in case it caused problems (different name on flight bookings and passport). I complained that it was pretty poor that they couldn't manage to spell the surname of one of their longest serving employees correctly and didn't do much to make one feel particularly valuable. I got an email back from HR assuring me I was a valuable member of the team and that steps had been taken to ensure it wouldn't happen again.

I got my flight bookings through for my upcoming trip to Egypt yesterday and, although they managed to get the name correct on my flights, the email title was "FW: Stan Johnston - Egypt"
